1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111sx ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 111sx website located at 111sx.org and all associated products, games, betting markets, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By clicking "Register", logging into your account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the 111sx Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 111sx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the 111sx Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 111sx Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 111sx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 111sx support immediately via the live chat dashboard.

4 Age Verification & KYC

The 111sx Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

111sx operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to the Platform are permitted:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence);

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

111sx accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your 111sx account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor, though delays may occasionally occur due to network conditions or payment processor processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but 111sx endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days.

5.4 Currency

The primary account currency on 111sx is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager amounts, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers available on the 111sx Platform are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires that the Player has a fully verified account in good standing, has not previously claimed the same offer, and is not subject to any account restrictions at the time of claiming the bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 111sx bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 111sx Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming any wager. 111sx will not reverse or amend bets after confirmation except in the circumstances described in Section 7.2 below.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 111sx in the following circumstances: the sporting event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not reach its scheduled completion and specific sport rules do not provide for an outcome; a palpable error in odds was published by the Company; or the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was known (late betting). In all void scenarios, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets, including those covering PSL cricket fixtures and international matches, are subject to the same general rules outlined above with the additional provision that the Company reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension window will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport category apply on the 111sx Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. The Company reserves the right to apply individual payout limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the 111sx Platform — including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slot machines, and arcade-style titles such as Bombing Fishing — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The general rules applicable to all casino products are as follows:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer tables, by real physical game mechanics conducted by a professional dealer in a controlled studio environment.
• Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds. Stakes placed in a round voided due to a technical malfunction will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed or suspended from the Platform at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are subject to the specific rules of the relevant jackpot pool and may be subject to maximum payout caps.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111sx Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
2. Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC;
3. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
6. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
7. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity;
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law;
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing 111sx staff or other Platform users.

The Company reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and pending winnings, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

111sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to prior notification;
• Request by the Player as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms or fraud, 111sx reserves the right to withhold any balance or pending winnings pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

111sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all eligible players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 111sx. Unauthorised use of 111sx intellectual property may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 111sx account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111sx does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111sx holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the 111sx customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to contact the 111sx support team in the first instance and allow a period of fourteen (14) days for the Company to investigate and respond. If the Player remains dissatisfied following the Company's final written response, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body.

15 Amendments to These Terms

111sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
